*Project Rescue Children became registered with the Gambian Ministry of Justice as a limited company and charity foundation in the Gambia 2021, TIN: 2100434910. Gambian charity foundation number 2021/C16472

*Project Rescue Children became a registered not for profit charity in Ukraine with the charity commission in August 2022. Charity number 44680730

*Project Rescue Children - PRC UK became a registered Ltd company in the United Kingdom September 2023. Company number 15167119

 

*Project Rescue Children became registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) as Project Rescue Children Limited in 2017. Australian Business Number (ABN): 50 618 341 414 

Project Rescue Children Ltd is an Australian Public Company registered with the Australian Tax Office (ATO) and the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) as a Charitable Organisation and is endorsed with Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) Status.

Our charity's 2021 reporting period:  1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021. All funds raised after this date will be recorded in the next AIS, which is due before end of January 2023.

​

The consolidated financial note represents those of Project Rescue Children Ltd (a small charity).

​

Disclosure requirements to the Australian Charities and Not-for profits Commission Act 2012 requires small charities to complete an Annual Information Statement (AIS) each year. A small charity is any charity that raises less than $250,000 per annum. Small charities do not have to submit separate financial reports alongside their Annual Information Statement.

Project Rescue Children’s volunteers have funded on their own, all operations and events since 2017. As of January 2021, we have volunteers in Australian, Romania, Kenya, The Gambia, and Benin. We also have our official partnership with Mama Jane to support our registered rescue centre in Kenya, and our new partnership with our registered rescue centre in The Gambia, which houses children victims of child trafficking and exploitation.

Project Rescue Children is fully compliant and up to date with all requirements needed to comply with the ACNC. We declare that, to the best of our knowledge and belief, during the year ended 30 June 2023 there have been no contraventions of the independence requirements of the Australian Charities and Not-for Profits Commission Act 2012.
